Terms of Use

The client represents and warrants that they have the right, authority, and capacity to use Nexithon services either on their own or on behalf of a corporate entity and agree to these terms without reservation.

The client will not use Nexithon services for illegal, offensive, or unethical purposes or activities, including infringement of trade secrets, copyrights, or trademarks, and agrees to indemnify Nexithon for related liabilities, damages, or costs.

The client agrees not to use Nexithon services to transfer or secure illegal copyrighted work, pirated programs, restricted access credentials, or similar prohibited content.

Covenant not to solicit personnel: during the term of the agreement and for one year after termination or expiration, the client will not directly or indirectly seek to employ any individual who supplied services on behalf of Nexithon.

The maximum liability of Nexithon is limited, without condition, to the actual monthly fee paid to Nexithon by the client in a calendar month.

You will not copy images, graphics, or content from the Nexithon website. Nexithon reserves the right to pursue legal action in cases of plagiarism or unauthorized reuse.

Holidays: Nexithon observes holidays not exceeding 12 holidays in a year. A calendar of such holidays will be shared at the start of services, and upcoming holidays will be communicated at least 7 days in advance.

Choice of law: these terms of use are governed by and construed in accordance with Irish law, and all disputes arising out of or in connection with the agreement will be determined under Irish law.

The terms of an agreement with Nexithon are confidential and will not be discussed with any firm or corporation without the consent of all parties.
